Sophie Randolph, Founder and Managing Partner
Sophie Randolph started Crescendo while helping her partner launch his solo career. She built his website, set up his social accounts, and dove into getting him bookings. In this process Sophie realized the lack of quality websites for musicians and recognized the opportunity to help musicians out by taking on the online brand management and booking - leaving musicians for more time to do what they do best - music!
So while she keeps playing guitar in her bedroom, she greatly enjoys helping musicians better show the world what they do. Starting up Crescendo has combined her tech savvy, get-it-done side with the creative elements that go into trying to capture the magic of live music in an online brand.
